Greg Cole serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He provides executive leadership to AgHeritage FCS and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Greg joined the Farm Credit System more than 35 years ago as a student intern with the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis. During his tenure, Greg served in various roles; Branch Manager, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Chief Operating Officer.Cole is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Economics. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking program at Louisiana State University. Greg serves on the Ag Development Council, Arkansas Agricultural Foundation Board, and Arkansas State University College of Agriculture Advisory Board.
Blake Swindle holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He oversees the Branch Managers and the Association's Agribusiness/Capital markets portfolio and team. He also serves as the Chairman of the Risk Committee, Commercial Lending Committee.
Drue Ford began his career with AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in 2000. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Drue, who holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, oversees the Association's credit and investment portfolios.
Ken Sumner is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ken oversees the Association’s accounting and finance department.
Leslie Brown joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in February 2015 as Vice President Chief Human Capital Officer. Leslie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where she obtained her Group Benefits Associate and is working toward her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification. She is also a member of Society of Human Resource Management and the Arkansas Compensation Association, currently serving as Treasurer.
