AgHeritage 2020 T-Shirt Design Contest

Design Guidelines & Requirements

  1. Your design is for the t-shirt back only, and must illustrate farm life, agriculture, rural Arkansas or country lifestyle in some way.
  2. The design should be contained within a 12” wide by 10” high area.
  3. Your design should contain a maximum of two (2) colors.
  4. Your design must incorporate the AgHeritage biostar logo.
    1. Do not alter, redesign, redraw, modify, distort or alter the proportion of the logo in any way.
    2. Do not place a pattern or design on the logo.
    3. Do not rotate or render the logomark three-dimensionally.
  5. You may submit up to two designs, but they must be submitted as separate entries.
  6. Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design you are guaranteeing that you hold rights to everything in it, and that it does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license.
  7. Once submitted, your design becomes the sole property of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services to be used at its discretion and may not be used for any other purpose — commercial or otherwise.
  8. AgHeritage Farm Credit Services brand color is PMS 370 Green.
  9. The color of the shirt will be gray so this should be a consideration for the design.
  10. All entries should be submitted to lana.stovall@agfcs.com You must be 18 years or older to submit an entry. If you are under the age of 18 you may still create and submit a design, but it must be submitted on your behalf by a parent or guardian.
  11. AgHeritage Farm Credit Services will have first printing rights to the winning design. By submitting you agree that if your design wins, it can be used by Farm Credit Services on a t-shirt or other promotional items, including but not limited to, the website and marketing and public relations materials.

Contest Details

  1. The competition starts on Wednesday October 9th, 2019. You must submit your design by midnight on Wednesday, December 11th, 2019. All submissions must include your contact information including your complete name, mailing address and telephone number. Submissions with missing contact information will be disqualified from admission.
  2. The entries will be evaluated by one staff member from each of our nine branches, choosing three candidates.
  3. The finalists ‘ designs will be published to AgHeritage Farm Credit Services Facebook by 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 16th, 2019 and will use ‘likes‘ as a voting system.
  4. Voting closes at 9:00 a.m. Friday, December 20th, 2019. The winner will be notified by e-mail at the end of the voting period, via the information supplied with the submission.
