Chuck

Chuck has served as an outside director since 1992. He serves on the Risk Committee. Chuck is a retired director of external relations for the UA System Division of Agriculture, has an LL.M. degree in agricultural law, and been a member of the Arkansas Bar since 1981. He also serves on the Church Council at CUMC and as parliamentarian for the Arkansas UM Annual Conference. Chuck is a past club president and Assistant District Governor in Rotary International District 6110, and currently serves on the board of Butterfield Trail Village, a faith based life care facility in Fayetteville. He serves on both the BTV Foundation Board and the BTV, Inc. Board. Chuck was inducted into the 2025 Arkansas Agricultural Hall of Fame.
