Our Internship Program gives college students the chance to gain hands‑on experience in agricultural finance while working alongside seasoned professionals. Whether you join us in Marketing, Accounting, or Credit, you’ll work on real projects, build skills, and learn how we serve farmers, ranchers, and rural communities.
Summer Internship Program
What do our interns do:
- Complete various designated projects
- Shadow several positions throughout the organization
- Work with our Credit department, Branch Operations, Marketing, and Senior Leaders
- On-site customer visits
- Research and analysis of certain sales activity data
What it takes:
- Some daily travel
- Must have own transportation and housing
- Candidates in the junior and senior year of college or graduating seniors preferred
- Prefer course of study in Business or Ag Business with an interest in financial service industry
- Knowledge or experience in rural lifestyle or Ag background helpful
