
AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is pleased to announce the following promotions within the Finance and Accounting Department at its Little Rock office:
Cyndi Hamric has been promoted to Loan Accounting Manager. With 28 years of dedicated service at AgHeritage, Cyndi brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience to her new leadership role. She previously served as a Senior Finance Specialist and will now lead the Loan Accounting Team. Cyndi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arkansas State University.
Josie Fletcher has been promoted to Assistant Controller. Since joining AgHeritage in 2022 as a Financial Reporting Specialist, Josie has demonstrated a commitment to excellence. In her new role, she will oversee the Association’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), manage the insurance program, and lead a portion of the Finance Team. Josie holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Marketing from Arkansas State University. She is also a CPA.

These promotions are effective July 1.
